Cassandra Barry is a born and raised Arizona girl and the founder/owner of Poetic Image Photography.  What she intended to set out she accomplished however it did not, at that time, include taking photos professionally.  Cassandra achieved double Masters degrees in counseling and substance abuse counseling and currently operates as a licensed therapist in the state of Arizona.  Taking photos was more so a passion mixed with creative pleasure until she started helping friends and family with their wedding photography needs.  With support and encouragement from her husband, it was at that time she decided to try photography professionally, consulted with well respected photographers in the Phoenix area, and launched Poetic Image Photography.  Being an avid AZ Cardinals fan, classic car fanatic, animal lover, and soccer player….taking photos of a variety of life moments only seemed appropriate.  Cassandra lives by the 3 F’s: Faith, Family, and Fun.

in regards to weddings... I use an associate photographer to assist with capturing the day...and when I do, I use Miss Tara Nicole Chatterton as she is the best!
